About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership across its lending operations, asset resolution, and loan administration. The COO will work closely with senior leadership to establish and maintain operational objectives, monitor key performance indicators, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance the company's operational infrastructure and scalability. Candidates for the Chief Operating Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years' of progressive experience in operations, lending, financial services, or a related industry.
