We are searching for a talented Advanced Practice Practitioner to our Primary Care team.
Hours: Part-time 32 hours.
Shift: Day no weekend, holiday or on call
Location: Fall River, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities
- The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), under the general supervision and direction of the Physician Lead/designee and Practice Manager will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, functioning as an integral member of the healthcare team within a medical home model.
- This role emphasizes high-quality, patient centered, and evidence-based care in accordance with established clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Physician Assistant: Bachelors Degree in a related field is required. Graduate of an A.M.A.-approved Physician Assistant program is required.
- Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science Degree in Nursing is required.
- Experience in Primary Care is desirable.
- Physician Assistant: Current MA and/or RI Physician Associate License is required based on practice location.
- Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Physician Assistant is required.
- Current BLS certification is required.
- Nurse Practitioner: Current MA and/or RI Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner License is required based on practice location.
- Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Nurse Practitioner is required.
- Current BLS certification is required.
Pay Range
USD $61.30 - USD $81.45 /Hr.
