Job Title System Specialist, WMS Superuser – 118803 Location USA – Denton, N Western Blvd Division Solutions Employment Type Full Time Position Summary The System Specialist WMS Superuser is responsible for the efficient transmission of information, storage and analysis of data through computer networks and systems. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, supporting and updating computer systems and software, analyzing problems, monitoring networks, and ensuring system availability. The role may involve on‑call duties outside normal business hours and requires experience, judgment, and the ability to plan and accomplish goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Acts as the primary support for the client’s system solutions for the user community. Develops and maintains tracking tools for support service requests and resolutions by location and resource. Engages appropriate expert resources when complex support issues arise outside of the WMS-Red Prairie and/or SAP application. Works with the company’s team to close support service request issues and support testing activities. Works with project teams to help implement, maintain, and improve internal systems. Ensures company assets are maintained responsibly. Effectively communicates IT‑related information to site management and client management. Maintains system efficiency and ensures proper interaction of computers, network, and software. Tests and coordinates modifications to the system and troubleshoots problems. Maintains communication with corporate IT and operations staff. Collaborates with IT to resolve complex issues. Determines methods to store, organize, analyze, use, and present data. Produces regular reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Ensures all RF Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are current. Trains associates on updated SOPs, Microsoft Office, WMS programs, and RF guns. Responds to inquiries about WMS-Red Prairie and related computer issues. Refers questions to appropriate personnel when needed. Communicates professionally with internal and external customers. Adheres to professional etiquette standards when communicating with management, coworkers, customers, and visitors. Assists with research projects and special projects. Oversight of manpower, recruitment, retention, and development for the operation. Ensures procedures exist at all sites to guarantee client service, productivity, and facilities maintenance. Sets goals to provide continuous improvement for the assigned site. Other Duties Performs other duties as required. Skills & Abilities Computer Skills Mid to Senior Microsoft Office skills. Technical knowledge of technologies appropriate to the application or region. Experience in administration and maintenance of infrastructure, software, and systems. Experience with Red Prairie, RF/RDTs, UNIX, proprietary WMS. Experience with Wi‑Fi and RF systems and equipment. Language Skills English (reading, writing, verbal). Interpersonal communication skills. Business and financial acumen. Analytical skills. Education & Experience Four‑year degree in a computer‑related field or two‑year degree with relevant experience. Minimum of two years of job‑related experience. Three to five years of experience preferred. Experience dealing with end users, vendors, and clients. End‑to‑end understanding of business intelligence and BI environment components. Compensation and Benefits Expected base pay range: $67,360.00 – $101,040.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
