Please note that benefit packages vary based on hours worked. Responsibilities As an Activity Director you are responsible for the residents’ emotional and social wellbeing. Your work will ensure residents receive the high standard of care they expect at The Grove of Fox Valley by implementing and directing activity programs that meet their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs. You will oversee all aspects of the Activity Department, participate in resident care conferences, and develop new activity programs to keep up with trends and industry standards. Qualifications To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have: At least a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior Activity Aide and/or Activity Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, one (1) year of experience in a director or managerial role, and NCCAP certification is preferable.
