High‑Reach Lift Truck Specialist – GMP Warehouse (DeKalb)

Location: DeKalb, IL

A day in this role

You clock in, run a quick pre-op on your equipment, and step into a spotless, bright GMP facility held at a comfortable 65&degree;F year‑round. Your shift moves fast: carefully staging pallets, putting product away in high bays, replenishing pick faces, and loading or unloading trailers. You’ll navigate aisles with precision using high‑reach and turret equipment, coordinate with teammates, and keep safety at the center of every move. Breaks are easy with an on‑site cafeteria. Before you wrap, you park, plug in, and complete safety checks—ready to do it again next shift.

What you’ll do

• Move products in and out of warehouse locations with powered industrial equipment
• Load and unload trailers; transfer goods throughout the facility
• Operate turret, stand‑up, stand‑up reach, and sit‑down forklifts
• Work accurately and safely in a GMP‑compliant, clean environment

Equipment you may use

• High‑reach/stand‑up reach trucks
• Turret trucks
• Sit‑down forklifts
• Dock Stocker (Stand‑Up Reach or Counterbalance Forklift)

Onboarding

• Two‑day orientation and safety training held every Monday and Tuesday (attendance on both days is required, regardless of shift)
• Steel‑toed work boots are required to attend orientation and to begin working
• Evaluation‑to‑hire opportunity based on performance and attendance

Pay and schedules

• A Shift – $20.30/hr
  Sunday–Tuesday | 5:15 AM – 4:45 PM
  Wednesday | 5:15 AM – 11:15 AM
• B Shift – $20.30/hr
  Wednesday | 11:15 AM – 4:45 PM
  Thursday–Saturday | 5:15 AM – 4:45 PM
• D Shift – $22.30/hr
  Sunday–Wednesday | 5:15 PM – 3:45 AM

Schedule: 12‑hour shifts with overtime available. 4 shifts available—ask us for details.
