Role Summary The Corporate Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in managing administrative functions for our executives. This position is perfect for those who excel in complex scheduling and enjoy acting as a strategic partner to top-level executives. Key Responsibilities Participate in meetings as required Effectively prioritize shifting needs Maintain confidentiality in all interactions Prepare meeting agendas Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, interviews, reviews, dinners, and conference calls Oversee travel arrangements and coordination Compile monthly expense reports Assist with ad hoc projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior C‑suite executives in a fast‑paced environment Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Creative problem‑solver with strong independent decision‑making abilities Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Team‑oriented but also capable of working independently Willingness to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening Must be fully vaccinated for Covid unless a medical or religious exemption is approved About Rogers Behavioral Health Rogers Behavioral Health is a private, not‑for‑profit provider specializing in mental health and addiction services.
