Position Overview Occupational Therapist – full-time or part-time positions available. Compensation Full‑time salary: $79,191.67‑$102,543.06 per year, based on experience. Part‑time salary: $54.81‑$76.96 per client hour, based on experience. Work Schedule Full‑time: 40 hours per week with flexible work options for fewer hours. Job Description Provide 1:1 occupational therapy to children and teens aged 0‑21 years. Develop individualized, play‑based treatment plans. Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members. Share strategies and tools to support families at home. Maintain up‑to‑date documentation. Qualifications Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university. State of Oregon Occupational Therapy license. CPR certification. Experience working in pediatrics preferred. Strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic. Ability to utilize a play‑based approach. Love for kids, playful energy, team spirit. Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces. Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards. Responsibilities Evaluate individuals 0‑21 years to determine need for therapy services. Develop/implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services. Complete client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner, meeting insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements. Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals. Collaborate with members of the client’s care team.
