Admin Assistant - General Contractor

Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Location: Brooklyn, NY

About the Role: A reputable luxury home builder in NYC, with offices located in Brooklyn,

is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily

operations. The successful candidate will handle routine administrative tasks, assist with

data entry, and support staff with organizational needs. This position offers flexibility in

hours, with options for part-time work (4-5 hours daily or three 7-hour days) or full-time

employment based on the candidate’s experience and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks as assigned

• Manage and maintain spreadsheets and data entry in Excel

• Assist with document organization and filing

• Support staff with daily operational duties

• Receive training in TimberScan software (training provided)

• Learn and assist with Sage 300 accounting software (training provided if needed)

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory

• Previous experience with administrative tasks preferred

• Knowledge of Sage 300 is a bonus

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to learn new software quickly

• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently

Hours:

• Flexible; can be part-time (around 4-5 hours daily or three 7-hour days) or full-time,

depending on the candidate's preference and qualifications
