Behavior Specialist

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support students in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. In this role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and implement data-driven behavior intervention plans, and provide direct support to children and young adults in educational settings. You will collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to reinforce positive behaviors, increase engagement, and improve social-emotional skills.
