Audacy is looking for a driven Digital Account Executive to accelerate growth and make an immediate impact. As a Digital Account Executive, you'll work with a powerful suite of products that spans the entire customer journeyfrom building brand awareness to driving conversions and customer acquisition. You'll collaborate with local businesses, regional brands, and national advertisers to create customized marketing strategies using cutting-edge digital solutions.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Hunt New Business: Relentlessly prospect, uncover opportunities, and win new clients through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Build a Pipeline That Produces: Consistently generate qualified opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline to exceed revenue goals.
  • Own the Close: Take control of the entire sales process, from first conversation to signed agreement.
  • Compete to Win: Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where results are recognized and rewarded.
  • Sell Industry-Leading Solutions: Help businesses grow with best-in-class digital marketing solutions.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Understand client goals, uncover challenges, and deliver strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Outwork the Competition: Stay ahead of market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and bring fresh ideas to every client conversation.

Qualifications

More About You:

  • Proven Sales Success: 4+ years of digital media or advertising sales experience with a track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Hunter Mentality: You thrive on prospecting, opening doors, and building a pipeline from the ground up.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital advertising solutions, including programmatic, search, social, video, and audience targeting.
  • Strategic & Consultative Approach: You uncover client challenges, develop customized solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Executive Presence: Confident presenting to business owners, marketing leaders, and C-suite decision-makers while simplifying complex digital strategies.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROI, ROAS, and conversion rates to guide recommendations and prove performance.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills that drive long-term partnerships.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and digital marketing platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, accountable, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
  • A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
