Job Description Analyst II – Leadership Development Anticipated Interview Dates: We anticipate holding in-person interviews beginning the week of July 6, 2026. CalPERS is seeking an Analyst II to join our Leadership Development team within the Human Resources Division. In this dynamic role, you'll design and support leadership development programs, partner with leaders across the enterprise, contribute to succession planning initiatives, and analyze program effectiveness. Telemetry and Work Arrangement : This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite per week. Partner with leaders across the enterprise to identify development needs and opportunities. Contribute to succession planning initiatives. Analyze program effectiveness and measure impact on organizational outcomes. Qualifications Analyst II level experience in leadership development, learning strategy, or related field. Strong analytic, project management, and relationship-building skills. Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership programs. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
