About the Role:
Little Dreamers Learning Center Inc is looking for a passionate and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our growing team in Montgomery, AL! Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmentally-driven lesson plans for toddlers
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child
• Maintain open and consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding child progress
• Supervise toddlers during daily activities, meals, and rest time
• Keep accurate developmental records and daily reports for each child
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; CDA credential or early childhood education coursework preferred
• Prior experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood education setting
• Strong understanding of toddler developmental milestones and best practices
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state childcare licensing requirements
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Patient, compassionate, and energetic demeanor with a genuine love for children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
