Finance Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a Revenue Management Cloud / Revenue Accounting (RMCS/RMCA) solution for a product-based organization. This role will drive cross-functional transformation across Finance, IT, and Revenue Operations, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, compliance, and scalable system architecture. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in financial systems implementations, revenue recognition processes (ASC 606), and large-scale transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle implementation of RMCS/RMCA, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and go-live Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and deliverables using structured project management methodologies Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate revenue recognition requirements (e.g., ASC 606) into system design and configuration Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, IT, Product, and Sales Operations teams Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, define data flows, and establish end-to-end revenue processes Oversee system integrations with upstream/downstream platforms (ERP, CPQ, billing, data warehouse) Lead data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities related to revenue streams Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new financial processes and systems Provide regular status reporting to executive stakeholders on progress, risks, and key decisions Required Qualifications 7+ years of Project Management experience within Finance or Financial Systems environments Proven experience leading large‑scale financial transformation or ERP/revenue system implementations Hands‑on experience with RMCS, RMCA, or comparable revenue management tools (e.g., Oracle RMCS, SAP RAR) Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
