Local Team Collaboration Join our team of 25 physicians and 9 advanced practice providers (APPs) at Peace Health Southwest Medical Center. Work alongside medical directors, clinical performance nurses, and a program manager. Qualifications Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP preferred) WA license or ability to become licensed. A minimum of 1 year of previous hospitalist experience as an Advanced Practice Provider; we cannot consider new grads for this position. Authorized to work in the United States. Scheduling We offer a standard 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule. Other flexible schedule options may also be available. We support one another by covering shifts when needed. Key Responsibilities Our hospital has a closed ICU with 24/7 intensivist support, and we don’t require procedures or codes.
