Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this highly-impactful role, you will provide essential services across five days weekly, working with approximately 38 students in a dynamic school environment. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, clinical fellowship (CF) candidates considered
• Previous experience in school-based settings highly valued
• Proficient in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for speech and language disorders
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, educators, and families
• Willingness to support a diverse student population, tailoring interventions to individual needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop, and implement IEPs for students with speech, language, or communication difficulties
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy sessions, maintaining thorough records of student progress
• Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and parents to foster student growth
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to RTI/MTSS processes as needed
• Educate and empower caregivers and staff on supporting student communication skills
• Provide input and guidance for classroom modifications and best practices
