Overview Full Time Professional Robinson, Robinson Township, PA, US Salary: $40,000.00 Annually Position: LOGISTICS COORDINATOR Responsibilities Manage appointments for inbound merchandise across all facilities, following the allocations determined by management and utilizing independent thought and judgment Enter all shipments in proprietary software Update software to accurately reflect the product in the warehouse for all facilities Track product and inventory to ensure timeliness and accountability Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in supply chain management Download the manifests for loads from email, Amazon\'s Vendor Central, or other repository, then process and upload to proprietary software Perform other duties as assigned Coordinate with suppliers, brokers, and carriers in a professional manner Support MAC.BID employees in logistics-related matters Qualifications Must be available to work onsite Monday – Friday hours to be determined by workload and Management, with occasional rotating remote weekend hours (2-5 hours) Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift Must be able to follow written directions and company policies Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred Benefits Healthcare after 60days of employment Weekly paychecks Employee credit each week to bid on our items after 60 days of employment 401(k) with employer match after 90 days of employment Employee Referral Program 13 days PTO after 90 days of employment MAC.BID is an equal-opportunity workplace.
