The Restaurant Line Cook will be an integral part of our busy brew pub kitchen. This role involves preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens. The line cook will work collaboratively within a medium-sized kitchen team of 4-7 people. We are flexible with scheduling to promote a healthy work-life balance. Employee discounts are also provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to brew pub standards
• Plate dishes attractively while maintaining portion and quality consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment
• Ensure quality control for all food served
• Execute menu items accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate effectively within a medium-sized kitchen team

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in food preparation
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
