Community Living Instructor

Community Living Instructor (CLI) Part-Time Caregiver for Individuals with Disabilities Schedule: Approximately 3 hours per shift, 2 days per week (about 6 hours per week) A Bright Future, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Community Living Instructor (CLI) to provide one-on-one support to an individual with developmental and intellectual disabilities in San Ramon, CA. This is a very part-time position ideal for someone looking to supplement their income while making a meaningful impact. Position Overview As a CLI, you will provide direct support and teach independent living skills in the participant's home and community. Your goal is to promote independence, safety, and confidence through personalized care and encouragement. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support in the home and community Assist with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and daily routines Support community outings, appointments, and recreational activities Promote independence, communication, and social skills Monitor participant health and safety and report concerns Complete required documentation and follow agency policies Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Drug screening DOJ fingerprint clearance Negative TB test CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) Compassionate, reliable, and committed to supporting individuals with disabilities No experience required.
