Director of RecruitingStevens Group Inc (SGI) is seeking an experienced, strategic, and people-focused Director of Recruiting to lead talent acquisition efforts across SGI and its client organizations. This full-time position is responsible for developing recruiting strategies, guiding hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive and efficient hiring experience. The Director of Recruiting will play a key role in supporting SGI's mission of providing centralized HR services and delivering high-quality talent to support organizational growth and capability.Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and continuously improve SGI's full-cycle recruiting processes, strategies, and tools to support current and future hiring needs.Partner with executives, hiring managers, and HR business partners to understand workforce planning needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical, high-volume, and specialized roles across SGI and client organizations.Oversee job postings, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer processes.Utilize data and analytics to track key recruiting metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions that enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.Create and maintain strong employer branding materials and external communications to support candidate attraction.Ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, job boards, social networks, and professional associations.Ensure recruiting compliance with federal, state, and client-specific requirements, including documentation and process adherence.Provide coaching, tools, and guidance to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selection.Support broader HR initiatives and collaborate across departments to meet corporate goals.Perform other duties as required to support SGI's HR and corporate objectives.Required Education & General Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.5+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior talent acquisition role.Proven success developing recruitment strategies and managing large-scale or multi-client hiring initiatives.Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), and recruitment technologies.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate sound judgment.Experience supporting technical, federal contracting, or professional services hiring is a plus.Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams.Onsite availability may be required depending on business needs.What We Offer:Our industry-leading benefits package goes above and beyond competitive salary commensuration for those just beginning their career and seasoned professionals alike.
