Where you'll be working:
Location(s): Snohomish, WA
Setting: Clinic-based
Population Served: Children 1.5 - 18 years
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Provide consistent supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to BCBAs
- Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director to maintain clinical excellence and ethical standards
- Support a positive, team-oriented culture that values professional growth and continued learning
- Participate in training opportunities and advanced skill development initiatives
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
- Caseload size: 9-10 cases on average
- Billable hour expectations: Based on client caseload need
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
- Base salary: $80-105K
