WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years of automotive finance experience
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending and finance products
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to build trust and establish relationships with customers
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Energetic, motivated, and goal-oriented personality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Must have a valid driver's license
