Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking skilled and motivated Final Assembly Technicians for a manufacturing company in North Branch, MN . This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on mechanical work, take pride in high-quality craftsmanship, and want to grow within a stable production environment.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 1:45 AM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Location: North Branch, MN

Key Responsibilities

Perform final assembly of equipment, machinery, or trailer-mounted units according to build sheets
Install mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components
Use hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment to complete assembly tasks
Conduct functional checks to ensure equipment operates correctly
Assist with troubleshooting and correcting assembly issues before final inspection

Qualifications

Previous mechanical assembly or equipment assembly experience preferred
Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, or build sheets
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
