NOW HIRING | FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY – MARYLAND ⚖️

We are currently recruiting for a Family Law Attorney opportunity with an established firm in Silver Spring, MD .

This is a great opportunity for an attorney who enjoys litigation, client advocacy, and managing their own family law caseload .

Silver Spring, MD

Hybrid after 90 days — 3 days/week in office

$130K–$165K base + bonus

Up to $29K+ in potential annual bonuses

Higher base salary considered for the right candidate

What they’re looking for:

• Active Maryland Bar admission

• 2+ years of family law experience

• Experience with divorce, custody, and/or child support

• Ability to independently manage a caseload

• Strong litigation and courtroom experience

• Excellent client communication and advocacy skills

• Self-starter who enjoys helping build the practice

The role includes:

✔️ Representing clients in court

✔️ Drafting pleadings and other legal documents

✔️ Advising clients and negotiating settlements

✔️ Managing an independent caseload

✔️ Building strong client relationships

✔️ Opportunities to earn additional compensation through billable-hour incentives
