Overview: The Senior Technical Writer - Workforce Identity & Access Management (IAM) is responsible for creating, maintaining, and governing technical and business-facing documentation that enables secure, compliant, and user-friendly workforce identity services. This role partners with Identity Engineering, Identity Governance, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, Service Desk, Product, and Business stakeholders to transform complex authentication, authorization, access management, and cybersecurity concepts into clear, actionable content for diverse audiences. The Technical Writer will develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), implementation guides, knowledge articles, administrator runbooks, training materials, FAQs, user communications, and governance documentation that support workforce identity platforms, authentication services, access lifecycle processes, and security controls. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with both highly technical teams and non-technical employees ranging from corporate knowledge workers to frontline operational personnel.
