Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time assignment near Fort Worth, Texas. This onsite opportunity serves a diverse caseload of approximately 60–65 students ranging from Pre-K through 5th Grade.
The SLP will work with students in general education, special education resource classrooms, and self-contained life skills programs, providing comprehensive speech-language services that support communication development, academic achievement, and social success.
Position Details:
•Full-time onsite assignment
•Elementary population (PreK–5th Grade)
•General Education and Special Education settings
•Resource and Self-Contained Life Skills Classrooms
•Collaborative school-based team environment
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students
•Conduct speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language assessments
•Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
•Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans based on data and outcomes
•Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and parents
•Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
•Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
•Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility to obtain
•Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
•Clinical Fellows (CFY/CF) encouraged to apply, depending on district requirements
•Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
