Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Occupational Therapy license/certification in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of one year of previous school-based OT experience
• Comfortable and skilled working within urban school communities
• Experience serving K-12 student populations
• Ability to provide OT support independently (COTAs not eligible for this role)
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain all required Pennsylvania state/federal clearances
• Strong communication skills and adaptability
• Prepared to provide licensure documentation during the process
• Must participate in a virtual interview via Zoom

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify student needs and develop goals
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to academic achievement
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• Document and report on student progress in accordance with school and state requirements
• Support classroom teams with strategies for inclusion and access to curriculum
• Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and professional best practices
