Your expertise in performance marketing and media buying will be essential in crafting compelling messages that resonate with target audiences. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive advertising campaigns utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and other digital channels. Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high‑performing keywords for SEO and PPC campaigns, ensuring maximum visibility and relevance. Manage media buying efforts by planning, negotiating, and purchasing ad space across various digital outlets to optimize reach and cost‑efficiency. Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics platforms; analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing‑page enhancements, and strategic bid adjustments to enhance overall campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align advertising strategies with broader marketing goals, including SEO initiatives and e‑commerce promotions. Maintain accurate budgeting records for all campaigns while ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet campaign objectives. Qualifications Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong understanding of PPC campaign management across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms. Proficiency in using advertising tools such as Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, DoubleClick, and SEM/SEO tools. Solid knowledge of digital marketing concepts including affiliate marketing, media planning, conversion optimization, and web analytics. Ability to conduct comprehensive keyword research and utilize SEO tools effectively for organic growth strategies. Experience managing social media accounts with a focus on social media management and targeted advertising campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to inform decision‑making. Excellent budgeting skills combined with strategic planning capabilities to maximize campaign ROI within allocated budgets. Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and understanding of how digital marketing impacts online sales performance. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $65,000 per year. Benefits: Paid time off.
