Equipment Operator

What You'll Be Doing Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support production and site operations. Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Load, move, and stockpile materials according to operational requirements. Follow established safety procedures, environmental standards, and company policies. Collaborate with team members to maintain productivity and achieve operational goals. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively in a production environment. Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and operational excellence. Capability to perform routine inspections and identify equipment or operational issues. Reliable communication and teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions and work independently. Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to support a variety of site operational needs. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
