The Substitute School Secretary supports the efficient, professional, and day-to-day operations of the school's main office. This role serves as a key point of contact for the school, providing high-quality administrative assistance to the principal, administrators, teaching staff, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and maintain a warm, welcoming, and respectful office environment for all community members.
• Manage incoming phone calls with a pleasant demeanor, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
• Support administration, staff, and families with daily clerical duties and operational requests.
• Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions while staying organized and responsive.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive student, family, and staff information.
