The opportunity. 

What you’ll be doing.

• Advising on the power of data, you’ll understand the power of the customer's data and how the Quantexa solution can drive insights and actions from it.

• You will understand key deployment options and decisions and steer customers and internal teams to deliver the right solution for the problem

• You'll advise the customer on the direction of the Quantexa platform and how it can enable sustained and added business value.

• You’ll work closely with sales and the customer to define the future-looking roadmap and vision for decision intelligence.

• You will work closely with product and delivery at Quantexa to ensure adherence to Blueprints, expected value realisation through project and proving stages, scoping and setting up projects for success

• You will make sure that the Quantexa platform is adopted operationally.

• You will drive and own governance and relationships through strong quarterly business reviews.

• You will ensure customers renew their relationship with Quantexa.

Requirements

What you’ll bring. 

Customer Focus:

• Deep dedication to understanding customer needs, ensuring alignment with core challenges.
• Ability to grasp both the broader strategic picture and intricate details.
• Strong communication skills with senior-level business and technology stakeholders, conveying confidence in discussions.
• Ability to help customers define a strategic roadmap that maximizes the value of their Quantexa products.

Technology Expertise:

• Understanding of data or specialization in one or more solution domains, such as data management, financial crime, risk management, fraud detection, or customer intelligence.

• Hands-on experience with platform implementations and awareness of customer challenges in adoption and execution.

Relationship Management:

• Experience working directly with clients, fostering, and maintaining professional relationships.
• Ability to establish trust and become the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers.

Consultative Approach:

• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate challenges from multiple perspectives.
• Strong collaboration skills, working closely with customers and internal teams to define and implement the best solutions.
• Prior consulting experience, comfortable engaging with both internal stakeholders and customers to drive value.

Team Player Mentality:

• Strong internal collaboration across Quantexa teams and externally with clients, ensuring teamwork is at the core of success.

Minimum Qualifications.

• Significant experience in a customer success role or similar consulting services or sales position.
• Proven enterprise software/services selling and implementation/delivery experience .
• Demonstrated expertise in relevant technology, product, or industry domains , particularly within government.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain executive-level relationships .
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed .
