Corporate Tax Senior Manager | Lancaster | Help Grow the Corporate Tax Practice Not every Senior Manager role gives you the chance to influence where the team goes next. This one does. You’ll join a well-established UK accountancy firm with access to an international network , taking a senior position within its North West Corporate Tax team and helping to develop its client offering across the region. There’s a strong advisory focus. You’ll lead projects involving company and group restructurings, acquisitions, disposals, tax due diligence, exit and succession planning , while collaborating with specialists across areas including international tax, transfer pricing, R&D and Patent Box. You’ll also oversee complex Corporate Tax matters for UK companies and international groups, manage key client relationships and ensure projects are delivered commercially and on time. Just as importantly, you’ll have scope to influence growth. That means working alongside Partners on business development, using your professional network to create opportunities, identifying additional work within existing clients and coaching the next generation of the team . You could already be a Senior Manager or an experienced Manager looking for the right platform to step up. Either way, you’ll need strong Corporate Tax experience gained in practice and CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
