Guest Services Manager Benefits & Compensation

• Starting salary of $55-60k

• Work schedule includes most weekend days and some evening shifts until 8 p.m. ET

Guest Services Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the short-term rental industry or hotel front desk management

• Proven ability to professionally de-escalate difficult guest situations and provide effective solutions

• Availability to work full-time in-office, including weekends and evening shifts

Guest Services Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience using Breezeway or similar property management software (PMS) is beneficial

Guest Services Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming guest requests and escalations

• Manage guest communications regarding maintenance issues, lockouts, and scheduling requests such as early check-ins or late check-outs

• Lead and support the Guest Services team to ensure excellent guest experiences throughout their stay

• Maintain a highly organized approach while working in a dynamic, guest-facing environment
