Business Partner / Senior HR Generalist

Hybrid Schedule (4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)
$90,000 - $105,000

We're partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / Senior HR Generalist to support a dynamic workforce across Northern and Southern California. This is a highly visible role where you'll serve as a trusted HR resource while helping employees and leaders navigate day-to-day people matters.

What You'll Own

✅ Employee relations investigations and conflict resolution

✅ Leave of absence and accommodation management

✅ Workers' compensation administration

✅ Performance management coaching and support

✅ Recruiting and onboarding activities

✅ HR policy guidance and compliance support

✅ Partnering with managers on employee and organizational challenges

What We're Looking For

✔ 3+ years of HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar experience

✔ Strong employee relations background

✔ Knowledge of California employment law

✔ Experience managing leaves, accommodations, and workers' compensation

✔ Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
