Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who writes ads. Not blog posts, not brand manifestos, not SEO. Video ad scripts and hooks, all day, every day.

You write it this week, our producers shoot it, and it's live next week. A few days later, you know exactly which of your hooks stopped the scroll and which script actually sold. Then you write the next one better. Very few writers get a feedback loop this fast.

You'll have real freedom to try new angles and a lot of support from our creative team. If you love the challenge of making someone stop scrolling and buy something in under a minute, you'll feel at home here.

What you'll do

Write ads

Scripts for short form video ads: UGC, podcast, founder led, studio, whatever the angle calls for

Hooks. Lots of them. Ten versions of the first three seconds for every script

Write for real people to say out loud, not for a page

Keep a full queue of scripts so our producers are never waiting on you

Find the angles

Dig through reviews, comments, customer emails and competitor ads for what people actually say

Turn one idea into many: new hooks, new openings, new audiences for the same script

Know which of your ads are carrying spend and why

Work with the creative team

Hand scripts to producers and editors with enough direction to shoot and cut fast

Take feedback quickly and turn a revision around the same day

Write within our product claims and offer language, every time

What we're looking for

You've written ads for paid social, ideally video, ideally for a consumer brand

You can show us scripts or ads you wrote, and you have some sense of how they performed

You write the way people talk

You can produce a lot of work without the quality dropping

How you work

You take direction and run with it

Volume doesn't scare you

You care more about what works than what you like

No ego about your drafts

Nice to have

DTC, CPG or beauty and personal care

Direct response or performance agency experience

Meta and TikTok ad experience

You've been on set, or you've made a video ad yourself
