Operating within the Agentic Artificial Intelligence Team of Boeing’s Enterprise AI & Data Organization, this role focuses on deploying, scaling, and monitoring automated agent workflows across enterprise environments. The Senior AIOps Specialist supports the operational backbone of agentic AI solutions, ensuring automation is reliable, observable, secure, and ready for production use. They collaborate with developers, architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to roll out agent-based workflows and the systems they rely on. Key Responsibilities Build, test, and deploy automation, monitoring, and analysis solutions for agent workflows. Support deployment and scaling of automated agent-based solutions across development and production environments. Investigate technical, operational, and reliability issues during development and implementation. Build and integrate software tools that improve system reliability, observability, and scalability. Support the setup of development and production environments, including deployment-related activities. Develop best practices and methodologies for provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with delivery teams to define and track service level indicators, service level objectives, SLAs, and error budgets. Create and recommend process improvements that increase stability, efficiency, and operational readiness. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of operational processes for automated agent workflows. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software/application development processes, including productionizing and deployment. 5+ years of experience with automation and provisioning of cloud environments. 5+ years of experience deploying, scaling, and monitoring machine learning applications in production. 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, researching, and resolving technical issues involving integrated systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting AI-enabled systems, automated workflows, or AIOps capabilities. Experience with observability tools, monitoring frameworks, logging, or alerting solutions. Experience with configuration management, provisioning, or release/deployment processes. Experience improving reliability, scalability, or operational readiness of software platforms. Experience working with service level indicators, SLAs, or error budgets. Experience integrating tools and systems in enterprise environments. Experience with cloud platforms, automation tooling, or modern deployment practices. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced environments. Familiarity with secure deployment practices and enterprise control requirements.
