Job Overview:
The Software Engineer IV oversees the development, modification, and maintenance of applications. This role ensures system applications run smoothly, monitors performance, and creates reports and documentation outlining findings and solutions. This position is part of the Technology department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and installation of new hardware and software.
• Provide advice and recommendations to management on processes and techniques for improved operations.

• Oversee the training of junior engineers to improve job skills and work efficiency.
• Maintain full ownership of a process, typically acting as a procedural expert.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Seven (7) years of relevant experience.

• Ability to collaborate with programmers, developers, and other technology professionals to achieve common objectives.
• Proficiency in conducting system analysis to detect performance issues.
• Capability to develop and implement technology solutions to resolve technical challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
