We are seeking an experienced and dependable Residential Plumbing Supervisor to lead our plumbing team, oversee daily operations, and ensure quality workmanship and safety on every job. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate plumbing technicians and job-site activities. Oversee installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and plumbing specifications. Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Manage scheduling, materials, and job progress. Train team members and maintain high standards of workmanship. Communicate with customers, contractors, and management. Qualifications Proven experience in plumbing, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
