Recruitment Consultant

CESNA Group is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our New Jersey headquarters.
This is a unique opportunity for sales professionals who are eager to build a career in both Business Development and Executive Recruitment. You will develop relationships with corporate clients, identify new business opportunities, and connect top talent with leading companies across a variety of industries. Requirements• 1 ~3 years of sales experience
• Korean/English bilingual proficiency
• B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Executive Sales, or Real Estate experience preferred
• Highly motivated by goals, performance, and career growth
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and business development skills
• Legally authorized to work in the United States At CESNA Group, you will have the opportunity to work directly with global companies and talented professionals while developing expertise in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, and Executive Search.
