Sourcing Manager- NPI (Hybrid)

Stryker seeks a Sourcing Manager for New Product Introduction to lead strategic sourcing across product development initiatives. The role involves supplier selection, contract negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to enable successful launches while optimizing cost and managing risk in a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Direct sourcing strategy for multiple new product development and introduction initiatives
• Evaluate and select suppliers for new technologies, components, and manufacturing processes
• Develop and execute supplier strategies supporting product launches, margin expansion, and growth
• Serve as primary commercial interface between suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Partner with engineering, operations, quality, finance, and marketing on sourcing alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, finance, business, or related field
• 8+ years of sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier management experience
• Demonstrated expertise leading supplier negotiations and sourcing strategies for complex programs
• 3+ years managing cross-functional project initiatives (preferred)
• Medical device or regulated industry experience (preferred)
• SAP experience (preferred)
• PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)

Compensation: $112,900-$188,100 USD annual
