Shift: 1st shift 7:00am-7:00pm or 2nd shift 7:00pm-7:00am 

Job Description

• Manage all daily residential operations

• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities

• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician

• Oversee client engagement for a positive recovery environment

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred

• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred

• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
