Responsibilities Implement and manage the hotel’s daily quality process including goal communication, associate improvement, compliance with Crescent standards, service recovery and problem resolution. Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, resolve problems, recommend discipline or termination when appropriate. Communicate verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff. Assign and instruct Rooms Division Department Managers; monitor hotel occupancy and staffing; supervise cost and inventory controls. Field guest complaints, research solutions, negotiate results, prepare correspondence. Supervise budgeting, forecasting, training, motivating and staffing of Rooms Department. Prepare forecast expenses and actual results; review security logs; coordinate enforcement of policies. Work closely with General Manager to establish policies, monitor profitability and consistency. Plan, organize, chair, attend and participate in various hotel meetings. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities Minimum of 3 years of rooms, front desk, and guest service experience. Minimum of 2 years of rooms leadership experience.
