Senior Project Manager, Accounting

Managing Virtual F&I Standardization projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager, Accounting will assess customer needs, ensure timely project milestones, and communicate effectively with clients while working remotely from anywhere in the USA. Key responsibilities Oversee the clean-up and standardization of accounting chart of accounts and prepare necessary financial statements Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring customer expectations are met and tasks are on track Act as a subject matter expert on accounting processes and maintain Salesforce projects with detailed documentation Required qualifications 5+ years of experience with CDK Accounting applications and standardizations Strong knowledge of chart of accounts file structure and DMS file structure Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent interpersonal skills Self-starter with the ability to manage time and assignments independently Desire to mentor team members and develop best practices for team growth
