In-Home Caregiver – Home Instead Seattle Immediate Hours, Built-In 39-Hour Work Week | Day & Evening Shifts | 2 Clients Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday & Sunday Total: 39+ hours per week Home Instead Seattle is seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver for an immediate, built-in 39-hour work week supporting two senior clients located in Queen Anne and Ballard . This is an excellent opportunity for a CNA or HCA who is confident providing hands-on care, mobility assistance, companionship, and personal care while helping seniors maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. Service Areas This position will primarily serve two clients in: Queen Anne Ballard Applicants should be comfortable traveling between these service areas as needed. What You'll Do As a Home Instead Caregiver, you may assist clients with: Assistwith personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance Ambulation and transfers (assisting clients with walking and getting in/out of bed or chairs) Monitor and record the client’s vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse, as scheduled. Companionship and meaningful conversation Light housekeeping, laundry,and meal preparation Medication and appointment reminders Dementia Care Experience Promoting client safety, dignity, independence, and well-being Communicating effectively and compassionately with clients, families, and the care team Qualifications To be considered, applicants must have: An active HCA or CNA certification (REQUIRED) A valid driver's license and auto insurance (preferred, but not required) Resides in Seattle area Reliable, patient, and has a compassionate demeanor Ability to provide safe and respectful personal care Pay & Benefits $22.00–$32.00 per hour , depending on shift Full-time and part-time schedules available Paid training 24/7 office support Ongoing opportunities for professional growth and development Why Home Instead?
