[Position] Recruiting Sr Specialist / Manager (Title based on experience) [Job Description] Major Job Duties and Responsibilities Own and deliver the full-cycle of the recruiting process (including sourcing, screening, assessing, and leading the offer process). Promote the organization as an employer of choice and make job offers to qualified candidates Build influential relationships with applicants during screening process and act as applicant point of contact Ensure consistent alignment of recruiting strategy and deployment to business objectives Work with Resourcing vendors to promote company in print and air campaigns in various states Manage a portfolio of requisitions across functions, locations, and disciplines. Build trust and advise Hiring Managers to determine the best recruitment solutions. Demonstrate collaboration and subject matter expertise within the broader HR function. Develop creative and comprehensive sourcing strategies and solutions to engage passive candidates. Become a brand ambassador for company ? promoting our mission, values, and employer proposition. Provide market intelligence documents that are relevant to the business’s needs. Be actively involved in the design and development of the Company Talent Acquisition strategy. Utilize relevant recruitment and HR systems (UKG, etc).
