Job Summary The Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare/Drunk Elephant Sales and Training Executive, reporting to the Regional Sales Director, is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives and building positive brand awareness with retail partners in assigned territories. The role involves executing DDG and Drunk Elephant retailer programs, launches, event strategy and freelance management, and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive sales and increase in‑store opportunities and positioning. What You Will Do Drive sales and execute strategies and initiatives within each retailer to achieve the sales plan. Maintain a cohesive monthly schedule that aligns with territory volume, call cycle, door focus and business needs, incorporating MAPPP methodology into door governance. Plan, schedule and execute events in key opportunity doors using event strategy and assets to drive incremental retail sales and brand awareness. Build strong relationships with Ulta and Sephora store management, regional/district managers, event managers, education managers and retail store associates across multiple retail locations. Meet all deadlines for requests including calendars, expenses and event recaps and adhere to retail partner protocols. Recruit, hire, inspire, schedule, develop and retain productive freelance team members, ensuring achievement of “sales per hour” and “items per transaction” goals. Monitor and assess weekly SPH/ROI for freelance teams, ensuring brand targets are achieved and adjust as needed. Strategically manage freelance budgeting, scheduling and productivity to drive incremental sales. Make strategic T&E budget decisions and ensure overall compliance. Ensure stores are properly merchandised for maximum visual exposure according to MAPPP guidelines for Drunk Elephant and Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare. Focus on raising brand rank and gathering competitive information to increase market share. Provide feedback to education and events teams regarding the effectiveness of DDG and Drunk Elephant strategies, training, tools and products. Monitor and communicate stock concerns to retail partners and internal planning partners to maintain proper stock levels and prevent out‑of‑stock situations. Act as the brand ambassador, maintaining strong knowledge of brand DNA, products and heritage to promote DDG and Drunk Elephant positively. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and navigate multiple teams. Be self‑motivated and positive, aligning and engaging with the organization’s vision. Work a flexible schedule (Tuesday through Saturday), including weekends and holidays. Drive a car (valid driver’s license required) to visit all doors in the territory call cycle. Who You Are 3-5 years of equivalent experience in the Cosmetic/Aesthetic/Beauty industry. Passionate about the beauty industry, sales and clients. Proven ability to drive sales, meet/exceed goals and provide excellent customer service. Ability to assess, analyze and identify business trends. Proven experience in successful budget management. Ability to inspire, coach and develop a team. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build positive business partnerships. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Self‑motivated and able to work independently. Excellent verbal, non‑verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other analytical tools. Travel up to 50% required; must have a valid driver’s license. Comfortable with multiple travel methods (car, plane, train etc.). Capable of lifting less than 30 pounds and working in a fragranced environment on feet for several hours a day; typical workday 8 hours, 6‑8 in‑store.
