Core Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport materials like turf rolls, backing, infill, and accessories between storage, production, and shipping zones
• Operate a pole and forklift (sit-down or reach truck) to handle large, heavy, or awkwardly shaped items, ensuring safe and efficient movement
• Stage raw materials at production points and remove completed products to maintain continuous workflow
• Inspect inbound shipments for accuracy, damage, and correct labeling before routing to storage
• Stage finished goods for outbound shipments, ensuring correct quantities, labels, and packaging
• Maintain inventory accuracy by recording material movements in logs, scanners, or ERP systems
• Follow safety protocols for equipment operation, load handling, and facility traffic rules
• Proficient in pole and forklift operation (Hyster or similar) with ability to maneuver in tight or congested areas
• Knowledge of load-handling procedures , weight limits, and safe stacking practices.
• Ability to perform daily forklift inspections and report mechanical issues
