Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and associated mental health challenges. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address addiction and any underlying mental health conditions. \n
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a range of evidence-based methodologies tailored to client needs. \n
- Collaborate with fellow treatment team members, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to provide integrated and holistic care. \n
- Engage and educate clients' families, promoting their involvement in the recovery process to enhance rehabilitation outcomes. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. \n
Our primary focus is on individuals grappling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You will be working with a diverse clientele, including those from various cultural backgrounds and age groups, all seeking support in overcoming their challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent. \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. \n
- Specialized training or relevant experience in addiction counseling. \n
- In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. \n
- Strong therapeutic skills with demonstrated ability to motivate clients towards recovery. \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by teamwork and collaborative skills. \n

- Prior experience working in a substance abuse treatment setting is highly desirable. \n
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices. \n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
