Excellent Earning Potential!

• Competitive Shift Differentials for Evening and Overnight Shifts

• +$1.50/hour Weekend Differential for Saturday and Sunday hours worked

• +$5.00/hour Extra Shift Incentive when picking up approved shifts outside your regular schedule

Available Shifts:

• 24 hours 3PM-11PM

• 24 hours 11PM-7AM

• Per diem / as needed

Responsibilities :

• The Registered Nurse/Charge Nurse plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing nursing services for assigned residents. This includes adhering to quality care standards, facility policies, legal requirements, medical practices, and physician instructions.

• Efficiently plans and provides professional care while aligning with the needs of residents and the changing medical landscape.

• Maintains professionalism in interactions with residents, physicians, families, peers, and support staff.

• Documents crucial information related to resident care accurately and comprehensively.

• Administers prescribed medications and oversees accurate record-keeping in line with facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid state RN nursing license in good standing (or in the process of becoming a registered nurse).

• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Collaborative team player with previous experience in long-term care preferred.

• All RN positions require weekend an on-call rotation to support both staff and residents. Compensation details available upon inquiry.

• Per diem staff are expected to fulfill (2) weekend shifts monthly to meet requirements.

Hourly rate: $50.00 /per hour
