Under the direct supervision of the DCIO and with somelatitude for independent judgment, candidate will be responsible to leadin research, analysis and the development of business workflows, systemprocesses and prepare and write CPs. This consultant will be responsible for preparingbusiness requirements documentation and functional requirementsdocumentation along with writing CPs. The consultant will serve as Business Analyst and CPwriter, and will lead research, analysis, and requirements gatheringsessions with key stakeholders. Requirements Candidate will be responsible for initiation, planning,writing, and monitoring of Capital Projects CPs. Write clear, persuasive, and articulate proposalsections. Deliver the results of elicitation in the form oforganized meeting notes and business requirements. Rewrite CP’s according to feedback. Work with project managers to obtain consensus andsignoff on requirements deliverables Work with project managers to obtain user acceptancetest signoff; Provide technical subject matter expertise to the teamthroughout the project; Work closely with Client Relationship Managers, ProjectManagers and other team members, and stakeholders to achieve desiredresults. Provide review of design documentation completed byother business analysts. Prepare business requirements documentation andfunctional requirements documentation, as well as high-level designdocumentation. Analyze and document requirements for reporting needs. Facilitate compliance with State and agency policies bydeveloping system requirements documents and technical specifications forcomputer applications that will support those policies.
