Customer Service Specialist

Supporting daily operations, the full-time CRM and Retention Associate will manage email and SMS campaign execution, maintain list health, and optimize lifecycle flows while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery Maintain clean and compliant send lists, performing quality assurance on all campaigns Support the optimization of core lifecycle flows and transactional templates, ensuring brand consistency and compliance Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing Experience with Klaviyo and comfort working with data in Excel or Google Sheets Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams A keen eye for brand consistency and design accuracy
